INOAC to Implement Insequence Solutions for MES and SCADA Solution in their Springfield, Kentucky Plant
Two independent products function collaboratively to efficiently run complex operations.
INOAC Interior Systems will utilize Insequence’s MES and SCADA solutions in their Springfield, Kentucky facility. Insequence plans to deploy their state of the art software to facilitate INOAC’s operations to supply Low and High series instrument panels to Ford.
Not only has INOAC opted to utilize a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that will retain information for high volume production, but will also retain process data for each step to aid in the troubleshooting and diagnose of equipment and part issues. In addition to their SPD Pro MES system, Insequence will deploy their Manufacturing Execution Monitoring (MEM) module. This is Insequence’s in house designed SCADA-like product that goes beyond typical SCADA functionality. MEM performs real-time data acquisition for monitoring and control of critical shop floor devices, in a single plant or across the enterprise.
Insequence is a provider of Sequential Part Delivery, MES, SCADA and Inventory Management software solutions. Their SPD Pro MES and MEM systems, although independent modules, are complementary to each and provide complete accessibility and control to all action on the plant floor. Due to the success of a previous project with Insequence, INOAC’s second project will utilize two Insequence software products. The first successfully deployed project was in Bessemer, Alabama where they assembly and supply Instrument Panels for Honda.
