Insequence Corporation supplied its SPD Pro, Sequential Part Delivery System to Dee Zee Manufacturing for use in their Des Moines, IA facility. The facility is supplying running boards for the Ford Ranger, that are delivered to the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant. Along with the SPD Pro software, Insequence provided installation, training, and floor support.

Prior to sequencing, the running boards are assembled on a production line using Dee Zee’s in-house MES system. Completed running boards are then sent to the SPD Pro sequencing work station for error proofing. The SPD Pro system manages the rack loading process for each sequenced rack. Additionally, Insequence’s SPD Pro BOL Module manages Dee Zee’s trailer loading process at their shipping workstation.
