Toyota Boshoku Adopts Insequence Solutions In Indiana and Illinois

Insequence Corporation continues to expand its impact on the automotive industry with two new implementations of their SPD Pro sequential part delivery and Manufacturing Execution Solutions for Toyota Boshoku. This includes facilities in Lawrenceville, Illinois and Princeton, Indiana. Toyota Boshoku will be manufacturing automotive doors and seats that will be supplied to the Toyota assembly plant in Princeton, IN.

The SPD Pro system will aid Toyota Boshoku in multiple processes including manufacturing, part verification, and shipping. Insequence will also provide installation, onsite training, and 24/7 support. Additionally, Insequence will provide Illinois with the capability to receive frames from Indiana.

Insequence also developed customizations specific to the Illinois facility. While often similar, each auto supplier has needs specific to their manufacturing process. It is crucial to have a system that can adapt to different conditions. Insequence’s sequential part delivery system is very versatile and can be adjusted to suit the needs of its customers.

Established in 1950, Toyota Boshoku produces many automotive components including automotive interior systems, products, filters, powertrain components, other automotive components, and fabric goods. They currently employ over 40,000 employees worldwide.
