The Woodbridge Group to Utilize Insequence Software, SPD Pro, for Sequencing

Interactive system software modules communicate in sequential order to enhance ease.

The Woodbridge Group has selected Insequence Corporation to provide them with technological infrastructure consisting of Insequence’s Sequential Part Delivery (SPD) Pro software system. Insequence will install the PFCS Host, Load Manager, Manufacturing Rack Loading (MRL), and Shipping software module for sequencing.

Insequence’s SPD Pro Host module receives and processes broadcasts for verification. The Host then proceeds to parse data into a format usable by the SPD Pro system. Load Manager will take the demand and organize it into queues. The following module, Rack Loading (MRL), prompts operators to load the racks in the correct order as dictated by the queues.

The shipping module will manage the shipping process. Furthermore, trailer loading patterns can be set up, racks  scan verified to insure that they are loaded correctly, and the BOL is printed. When the sequencing process is complete, the SPD Pro Messenger module, can store the BOL details via a shared folder.
