Our focus is squarely on delivering quality solutions and services to you that are backed by an excellent experience and are designed to support your goals. In fact, delivering on our quality pledge, providing an outstanding experience and investing in our partnerships with you continue to be a priority.

 

As we wrapped up 2021 and reviewed the year, we all understand the automotive industry experienced one of the most challenging years ever with supply chain issues related to semiconductors, labor shortages and cost constraints and increases to name a few. We also saw the acceleration of the electric vehicle market by all OEMs. In many respects, the industry was turned upside down and was unpredictable. While we see many areas improving, we realize there will be challenges for all of us in the first part of 2022.

 

Because of that, and as we enter 2022, we remain deeply committed to you by providing well-executed projects with a keen focus on keeping to schedule and costs with transparency by our delivery team. Our approach is not to cut corners, but instead deliver on quality implementation that is accurate and as streamlined as possible.

 

As a company, we strive to stay ahead of the industry and keep in tune with your needs. In 2021 we had many positive experiences despite the challenges. These include:

  • Launch of a new version of our software, taking advantage of the latest in coding and programming languages for both sequencing and MES
  • A record number of upgrades completed, putting our customers on the leading edge of technology
  • Updates to our internal infrastructure with a new ISP and new phone service designed to enhance customer support, reduce the threat of cyberattacks and minimize downtime as the result of a natural disaster or other events
  • Expansion of our account management focus and improved communication with our customers, along with greater involvement of our Customer Advisory Board
  • Upgrade the throughput, management, and tracking of the change request process for greater efficiency and transparency
  • Year-end discounts on licensing designed to help with budgeting and planning
  • Continued roll out of the pre-paid hours and voucher escalation program.

In 2022, we understand there is work still to be done. We are expanding and introducing new programs, new versions of our software and keeping centered on our deep commitment to your success across all of our organizations. Some of our 2022 initiatives include:

  • Update of our leading MEM solution to the more modern programming languages and coding of our other solutions
  • More flexibility for you in managing reports
  • Expansion of our Quality Management Program to keep focus on continuous improvement
  • Improvement in our training options, including a new certification program and development of a new, Web-based program
  • Continued growth of our account management program
  • Launch of our Centers of Excellence (more to come on this)
  • Flexibility and agility to meet your evolving needs
