Insequence provides automotive part sequencing solution to Metalsa, Mexico

Insequence, a software provider of sequencing, manufacturing and logistics solutions, will implement their sequencing system for Metalsa in Apodaca, Mexico. The company will utilize Insequence’s SPD Pro sequential parts delivery solution to supply sequenced vehicle frames to Toyota. This will be the fourth Metalsa facility to utilize SPD Pro.

Along with supplying sequencing software, Insequence provides numerous services. For this implementation, Insequence will implement the software, train Metalsa employees on SPD Pro, and provide start-up support during go-live. Once the implementation is complete, Metalsa will have access to Insequence’s 24 x 7 live technical support.

While the software is an integral part of any solution, having reliable services to reinforce it is just as important. Insequence offers multiple services to their customers in order to provide the best solutions possible. This includes onsite and remote implementation, 24 x 7 live technical support, onsite and online training, system assessments and optimization and software development.

Metalsa is a tier 1 automotive supplier who brings over 60 years of experience to the industry. They provide “metallic structures for heavy/light trucks and passenger cars“.
