Yanfeng will utilize Insequence software in supplying commodities to Tesla
Insequence will provide sequencing and manufacturing software to Yanfeng’s facility in Hayward, California that will supply floor consoles to Tesla.
Yanfeng will use Insequence’s SPD Pro software to sequence and manufacture floor consoles for Tesla. This will be the first implementation Insequence completes for a customer supplying commodities for Tesla vehicles.
Not only will Yanfeng be utilizing Insequence’s sequencing and manufacturing solutions, but they will also be using their AndonNV and Data Management applications.
AndonNV is a network visualization application that allows users to monitor facility data at any time. This includes the state of SPD Pro applications, hardware, CPU’s, databases, torque devices or receive informational data from 3rd party companies as well as receive critical alerts on priority issues. Since a mobile application is available on Android, with IOS in development, users can even monitor facilities on the go.
Data Management is an application designed to optimize data storage and reporting capabilities without impacting production. In order to avoid impacting operations, data is moved from a primary to a secondary server without requiring the SQL databases to be offline or removed from production. In addition, this keeps production servers clean and optimal, along with allowing facilities to run reports from the secondary server without the risk of slowing operations.
