TVS Utilizing Insequence Software Solutions

TVS Utilizing Insequence Software Solutions for supplying commodities to General Motors

TVS has selected Insequence to supply their facility in Eisenach, Germany with software solutions for sequencing, manufacturing, and data management. This facility will supply multiple commodities, including door panels and front end modules, to General Motors (GM). This will also be Insequence’s first implementation in Germany.

Due to the success of their first implementation, this will be the second time TVS selects Insequence solutions. In the previous installation, Insequence provided their SPD Pro, Sequential Parts Delivery software for the facility to supply parts to GM. For this installation, Insequence will provide the same sequencing software along with two other software modules including MES, Manufacturing Execution System and Data Management.

MES will be used to manage the entire build process from beginning to end. This includes providing cradle-to-grave traceability for each part. Whereas Data Management will be used for long-term data storage. The application replicates data in near real time to a secondary server without requiring the SQL databases to offline.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions offers “end-to-end” supply chain solutions has been providing the automotive industry for over 100 years.
