Sterling Heights, MI – PTI QCS selects Insequence’s SPD Pro software solution for use in their Sterling Heights, MI facility. PTI QCS will utilize SPD Pro to provide axles in sequence to the FCA Sterling Heights Assembly Plant. Insequence has been providing software solutions for sequencing to automotive manufacturers since 1996.

As the industry changes, so do OEM requirements. This recent implementation, along with numerous other installations for FCA suppliers, prompted Insequence to redesign their SPD Pro FCA Host module to align with new requirements.

The SPD Pro Host is a unique aspect of Insequence’s software solution. It is an application designed to receive and process the OEM vehicle demand for sequencing. As each OEM has different requirements, there is a unique Host Link for each OEM Insequence software has been used for. Having a unique Host Link allows the rest of the SPD Pro system to remain standardized making it easy to use with different OEMs.
