SPD Pro MES and SCADA systems provide complete cradle-to-grave traceability.

INOAC has selected Insequence to provide them with software that will drive their operations. This includes driving production, controlling machines, and providing complete traceability for their safety critical operations. Insequence will implement their Manufacturing Execution System and their in-house designed SCADA tool in INOAC’s Bessemer, Alabama facility.  From this facility, INOAC will use the Insequence solutions to supply instrument panels to the Honda assembly plant.

Traceability is an increasing demand in the automotive parts production industry. As a result, it has become imperative that automotive suppliers have systems available to them that can control and record each step of the manufacturing process. For that reason, INOAC will utilize the SPD Pro Manufacturing Execution System to provide process control and error proofing. Through SPD Pro, the entire manufacturing process is organised into individual step-by-step instructions to verify operator accuracy and provide complete traceability.

INOAC has also opted to use the SPD Pro Manufacturing Excecution Monitor – Enterprise System (MEMe). Insequence designed MEMe as a SCADA-like tool. Not only does this module provide complete machine control but additional traceability and also has the capability to run multiple profiles at once. Due to this feature, users can manage and see the status of their entire plant via a dashboard format.
