Our Training Department’s Mission Is Helping Customers Become Insequence Software Ninjas.

We know that one avoidable cause of production risks and down-time is a lack of training for plant floor personnel. That’s why we offer our customers the tools they need to effectively utilize Insequence via both onsite/in-person and remote/online learning opportunities. To make that happen we’ve assembled a dedicated Training Department that provides several avenues for our customers to become proficient users of Insequence solutions.  With adequate training and experience, we can turn you into a power user.

On Site
Training is an integral part of learning any new system. With every install, we include time to teach you how to use the software like a pro. Opportunities to learn on-site include doing so at your facility, or, having trainees travel to the Insequence Corporate offices. Here, customers can train in a controlled environment on a practice system. With either scenario users will gain the experience needed to effectively operate our solutions with greater confidence.

Online
Via this channel customers have access to the vast Insequence online knowledge base. The site offers resources such as documentation on all the applications, FAQs, discussion forums, and online support. Another key resource accessible online is the training webinar schedule. There are multiple webinars covering our software. They each address a specific feature of the system, including Host modules specific to different OEMs, details of MES, and our other applications.

Certification

Elevate your expert Insequence users to unprecedented levels with our user certification program for sequencing and manufacturing execution systems. This initiative equips Insequence customers with advanced “power user” expertise, fostering in-house mastery of Insequence solutions. This heightened proficiency translates into enhanced efficiency, expertise, and ultimately, cost savings. Our certification classes take place at Insequence’s headquarters, within a dedicated training facility. Attendees engage in hands-on learning, led by instructors, where they not only receive comprehensive training but also demonstrate their skills in setting up Insequence systems, ensuring thorough understanding and proficiency.
