Understanding Your Manufacturing Journey Is Easier When You Know How To Read The Signs.

Insequence Manufacturing Execution Monitoring Software Puts You In The Driver’s Seat.

A versatile, flexible SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) solution, our Manufacturing Execution Monitoring software (MEM) delivers the ability to monitor machines, workstations, even multiple facilities in Enterprise mode.  The main purpose of any SCADA system is to monitor and control equipment in industrial processes, and our MEM solution powerfully fills the bill for many of the world’s leading automotive parts suppliers.

The software includes monitoring and changing the controls, actions, and reactions to set conditions via a programmable logic controller (PLC).  A list of open platform communications (OPC) tags is created for a designated station. For each tag, a list of methods is created, and each method contains process steps to be executed. Our Data Warehousing solution can work alongside our MEM module to provide a means to gather, analyze, and store real time data without requiring SQL databases to be offline or removed from production.

MEM-1

Ideal Across The Enterprise.

MEMe, the Enterprise function within Insequence’s MEM solution, lets you view, monitor and control all operations taking place within multiple facilities.  Information collected enterprise wide is stored in tables in a SQL database.  Using the integrated reporting capabilities of MES, historical data from many different devices can be easily retrieved. eMEM acts as a module within our software suite, but if so desired, it can also act as a stand-alone solution in and of itself.

Insequence MEM Functions

  • Defines a list of OPC Tags to monitor
  • Each OPC tag defines a list of methods, or task lists, each of those containing process steps similar to MES
  • Each method contains conditions describing when steps should be performed and a list of steps to execute if that condition is met
  • Captures real-time data acquisition
  • Monitors defined operations across multiple facilities in Enterprise mode
  • Alarm and Event management
  • Triggers rules-based actions based on critical device state change
